• Visit time includes consultation, treatment, and Drying.(Not Styling)
• All prices include 13% HST and a 15% Service Fee.
• If you are not satisfied with your experience, we will refund the 15% Service Fee.
• Requests for a specific technician are welcome. An 20% Service Fee will apply to appointments booked with a requested technician.
• Additional charges may apply depending on hair length, hair density, and the amount of products required. (CAD $10–$50)

We are happy to accommodate requests for a specific technician whenever possible. However, we do not accept requests based on nationality or ethnicity. Our goal is to provide every guest with the same exceptional level of care, professionalism, and hospitality, regardless of who performs the treatment.
