Booking Policy

◆ Booking Policy

All customers are kindly asked to book through our official online reservation form.

We do not accept reservations via phone, text, or email.

To secure your booking, we ask for credit card information at the time of reservation. Please rest assured that your card will never be charged without your permission.

If you are uncomfortable sharing your credit card details, you are welcome to visit as a same-day appointment guest, depending on availability. Please feel free to consult our staff for more details.

If you do not have a credit card, we also accept a prepaid deposit of $113 (tax included) via e-Transfer to secure your appointment.

This amount will be deducted from your total on the day of your visit.

Cancellation /Policy

◆ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

For any cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time—or in the case of no-shows—a cancellation fee will be charged to your registered credit card, regardless of the reason.

Appointment no show $200

Notice less than 0-12hours $150

12-24hours $100

24-48hours $50

More than 48 hours $0

◆ Service Guarantee

At our salon, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all haircut, color, and perm services.

If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. Any corrections will be made by the original stylist who performed the service.

Please note that a separate charge for shampoo and styling will apply.

Refunds are not available, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.
